Trails
Over 3 miles of hiking, walking and running trails through pasture and pine — a short flat loop, a rolling middle, and the long way around.

Rush4 Ranch is a wellness ranch built around the simple things that make people feel better — open trail and water, a garden you can pick from, a pavilion big enough for everyone you know, and a sauna, cold plunge and gym going up now.
We're opening in phases, and each phase is capped. The waitlist goes first: first invitation, first booking window, and founding-member pricing when memberships open.
Heat and water for the nervous system. Iron for the body. Trail, dirt and open sky for the rest of it. Use one, use all of it — nothing out here runs on a schedule but yours. The sauna, cold plunge and gym are under construction now, finished by the start of 2027.
We clear and build in phases rather than opening something half-finished. Trails and water came first, then the garden and the pavilion — and the sauna, cold plunge and gym are going up now for early 2027.
Everything gets used by our own family before it opens to members. If it isn't good enough for a Sunday out here, it isn't ready.
The ranch opens in waves instead of all at once, and each wave is capped so the place stays quiet and uncrowded.
Waitlist members get first access as each phase comes online — and build updates from the property, not a newsletter blast.
A herd of twenty exotic blackbuck antelope runs the open ground alongside everything else. They're part of why the place feels the way it does — and part of why we keep the acreage quiet, well fenced and lightly trafficked.
Best viewing is early morning from the middle trail loop. Watch, photograph, keep your distance.
The land is built for more than solo recovery. We're planning retreats, camps, classes and events that bring people out here to move, slow down, and connect with each other — no screens required.
Weekends built around the sauna and plunge, the trails and the fire — time away with people walking the same road.
Days outside on the creek, the pond, the playground and the trails. Dirt, sunshine and new friends.
Catfish, bass, perch and more in a stocked pond — a first real catch for a lot of young anglers.
Offsites, team days and planning sessions under the pavilion, with room to think and room to play.
Group workouts and timed runs on over 3 miles of trail, from first-timers to people chasing a PR.
Classes in the pavilion and out on the grass, with the pasture and the pines as the backdrop.
Guided walks through the pines, the orchard and past the blackbuck field, at an easy pace.
At the heart of all of it: real time together — around a long table, a fire ring, or a shared trail.

Under construction or in planning right now. The recovery building — sauna, hot tub, cold plunge and gym — is on schedule to be finished by the start of 2027. Waitlist members hear first as each one opens.
A 4–6 person sauna built out of an old chicken coop, sited a few steps from the cowboy cold plunge for contrast rounds.
An open-air soak and a cowboy cold plunge beside it, both with a view of the field. Hot, cold, repeat.
Racks, plates, dumbbells and floor space. No wall of machines, no waiting your turn.
A long run across the low pasture from the tower deck. Supervised, and genuinely fun for adults too.
A proper trap and skeet setup on the far side of the property, sited well clear of the trails and the herd. Instruction and loaner guns for first-timers.
A cut trail course through the back acreage, with a graded beginner loop and a rougher line for people who know what they're doing.
Water, power and pads first, then a small number of tiny homes and cabins for short-term stays — a weekend with the sauna, the pond and the trails right outside the door.
The ranch opens in phases and each phase is capped. The list is how we decide who comes first — no application to endure, no deposit to put down.
